Is there is anyone on here that lives in Canyon Crest in Mission Viejo? My husband and I looked at a home for rent on Fieldbrook when we were in town at the beginning of the month. Unfortunately, we lost the phone number for the gentleman who owns this house. He has a "For Lease" sign on the front yard with his phone number, if possible could someone send me the phone number if you happen to drive by. This is NOT the one listed by a realtor which is two door down.

Thanks.

Hi Havnfun.
If Canyon Crest is anything like my association, they may require a form to be filled out and submitted to have a "for sale" or "for lease" sign in the front yard. You could try calling the association and seeing if they have the phone number for the resident who submitted the form for a house of that street.

Its worth a shot, but it may not work and they may not have any info.

If I'm in Canyon Crest for some reason, I'll look on Fieldbrook. Too bad those gates get in the way, otherwise I could just drive in.

Call the association here: 949-458-9828 Best of Luck!

Smile Hi!

I just saw your post and live in Canyon Crest. I will try to drive by tomorrow after my workout. I think that house may have been rented but I am happy to check it out for you. You can try my realtor that lives in Canyon Crest and she may be aware of another house for rent in the area....Linda Huebner at Tarbell Realty 949-581-2742. If there is something for rent she usually knows about it. If you want to buy something let us know because we are relocating back to texas soon!
