Default Call Centers

Hey guys, I have currently been doing some job searches on Monster, Craigslist, Etc for some call center positions in the Orange County area. I will be living in Mission Viejo in August.

I have many years of customer service experience as well as technical support. I was wondering if anyone currently works in a call center or is familiar with any great companies to work for in the area?
A few places I have seen, seem to offer anywhere from $12.50 - $20 p/h. I would prefer to stick around the $15-$20 range.

I would be willing to work in Newport, Costa Mesa, Lake Forest, Laguna, Etc. Or any surrounding cities.

If you know anyone currently working in a call center or reccommend one yourself, I would love the feedback.

Thank you!

i believe there is a verizon call center in the irvine area.. they pay well but you start out working the graveyard and weekend shifts.

i work for ADP and we have call centers in la palma and buena park. some of the work is technical, but 95% of it is proprietary software and/or hardware. knowledge of accounting/payroll is always helpful as well
