Here's a hint: If the cheapest thing you can find is a condo at Broohurst and Ball in Anaheim that's still out of your price range, then the answer is NO.

You asked about Orange County. Suggestions to you have been in response to your question about Orange County - not the whole nation. I don't think anyone would state that nowhere in the whole nation can you not find something for $120,000! There are many dilipated places you can buy even for $50,000 where no one else wants to live! But that's not Orange County.
