Exclamation Don't use T-Mobile

T-Mobile service is horrible in South Orange County. I cannot call out, my calls fail, and people tell me they get a recording saying my number has been disconnected when it has not. Sometimes the phone never rings and it goes to voice mail. If I'm not wearing the phone, I have no idea anyone called because the call doesn't register on the call log. T-Mobile gave me the run-around until the warranty expired on the BlackBerry, then they told me it was the phone and to get a new one. I got a brand new BB. The store when I bought my phone said T-Mobile should let me out of my contract because they should understand I have to use my phone for work and I cannot in this area. They declined to let me out of my contract and they said they have no record of me calling to complain. Completely stone-walled. Stay away from T-Mobile and tell everyone you know never to use them.

Exclamation Don't use T-Mobile

T-Mobile service is terrible in Orange County, especially in south county along the coast. I can't call out, calls fail, people try to call my phone and tell me they get a recording saying my number has been disconnected, etc. Customer service stone walls you. I called several times over 18 months to report problems. Half the time when I called they acknowledged they knew their were problems and they are working on them. The store where I bought by BB finally recommended that I call T-Mobile and ask them to waive the $200 cancellation fee to get out of my contract 6 months early. The woman I talked to said they never do that, she had no record that I ever called to report a problem and their records show I'm using the phone 1300 minutes per month, which is a lot, so what is my complaint if I can't use it sometimes? I was so angry I hung up and I'm posting bad reviews every where I can find a place to do so. Stay away from T-Mobile and tell everyone you know to do the same.
