Does anyone know any good place to rent month to month in the area of Anaheim, Long Beach, Westminster, Garden Grove ? I only need to stay for like 1 or 2 months. Thanks.

Extended stay? You'll probably end up paying 2k/month for that deal.

If you are only staying a couple months then just rent a room in someone else's house. It will save you a heck of a lot of money.

Definitely stick to the west side of garden grove. The further you get away from santa ana and Anaheim, the better. Just by driving through the neighborhood you can easily tell the ghettos from the upper class areas. You'll want to go to areas where the 3bed/2bath homes are running in the 600k+ range (use zillow to find out). Anything in the 300k range is trash.

2K/month is something I cannot afford. I'm looking at $1000/month for my wife and me. I asked around but most private house owners do not like the idea of a short term rental (2 months). They would prefer a contract of at least one year. That's why I'm looking for sthing like a cheap place like a motel in Anaheim with a higher chance since it has Disneyland. I actually will work in Long Beach and my wife will work in East Anaheim right in junction of 91 and 57 area.

For a 1 or 2 months, I didn't think I would need a "good" place/area to live in ... or should I ??? The area is that bad ????

Exclamation Extended stay america, anaheim

If you're looking for something that short term and don't mind sharing a smaller space with your child, go to the extended stay america in anaheim. If you pay a month at one time in advance it comes to about 39.99 per night and you are right near the 5 fwy, restaurants, as well as disneyland.

You get a kitchenette, there is a pool in the back, the people that work there are really nice too! I stayed for a few months with my toddler twins. Heres the address:

1742 s. Clementine st.
Anaheim, ca 92802

its right off w. Katella ave.

Good luck!

I would look on roommates.com. You can find just about anything on the site. Places to live, roommates, month-to-month renters....helped me out A LOT when deciding where to live.
