Great schools, great area, friendly people, beautiful area. To Santa Ana with traffic, twenty five minutes. The cities are almost partially landlocked. I would definently live there.

Air quality isn't great. That valley (AH, Yorba Linda, etc) gets smoggy for some reason. At least that was a year ago when I lived in the IE and drove through there frequently...but I would take the air quality issue and still live there. It's a nice area.
