Default Thinking of Anaheim Hills

Thinking of moving from NJ to California. Considering Anaheim Hills area. How are the schools?

Anaheim Hills is considered one of the priciest areas to live in, especially for Orange County. Be prepared to pay a hefty price for a decent house in Anaheim Hills. The schools are excellent, with easy commutes and transportation. Beware of wildlife in that area, since the deer can become aggressive if you don't feed them and the opposiums are a nuisance.

Aggressive deer?! And nuisance possiums? Something in the air you guys are breathing these days?

The schools are no better than any other mostly white area of OC. CA schools in general produce poor results (except for the teacher's unions). There is a good private school in Anaheim Hills - Farimont. Worth a look if you can afford it.
