Read my posting under "politics & other controversies" @:

Bad Neighbors: Need Advice Please!

in order to understand why you should avoid living in Anaheim, CA. Maybe if enough people know about how poor the quality of life is here due to the city's leniency towards illegal behaviour by it's immigrant population they'll finally be shamed into doing something about it!.

I wouldn't live in Anaheim (although the Hills are nice) because of those types of problems. Is it at all possible for you to move to a city where this type of stuff isn't a problem? We have single family homes in the $300,000s in Mission Viejo if you can afford that and you won't run into problems with 12 people to a home. There are other OC cities that offer a better quality of life than Anaheim that have seen prices drop a lot.

It's not a horrible thing to say at all. What is horrible is that human being have such a lack of regard for our border, culture, and laws.

That translates to having no moral values, and under no moral values one will not be able to succeed.

What is nice is things like City-Data forum allow people to ask questions about places, sometimes down to the block/street level. I used CDF when I moved to Huntsville, worked great. I'll use it again if/when I move again.

Anaheim is a funny city. Most of it is Tijuana's sewer but then you'll turn off a major street and find a really nice looking tract of older homes where its obvious the people have some money and maintain their houses well. Then 200' later you're back in the sewer.

I like Anaheim. Nice California City scene for the most part. Nothing to really dislike except for the tourists.

Anaheim has its good and its bad. All the bad is the residential areas. Around Disneyland is somewhat okay. Any apartment complex is ghetto big time. Nothing but poor immigrants all over the place who make the property values drop like a rock. They let 13 people live in a 1 bed room. The streets get flooded up with beat up cars. Crime is high. The residents don't care about their surroundings (so they trash it up etc.) I know Disneyland is just dreaming about buying up all those apartment complexes around the little farm land and building a new theme park. I say good riddance to bad rubbish!

The only good area is anaheim hills which is why all the homes over there are still going for 600k+ where as anything in the rest of anaheim is going for 300-350k.
