We pride ourselves on having the most homes for sale of any website and we pride ourselves on updating our site more often than any other site.

edfin is nice and flashy yet it does not have accurate information. All agents on Redfin are Redfin agents and the site keeps homes in Backup and Sold so buyers call the agent and the agent then shows them other homes.

i used redfin and they were nice. no pressure, showed me as many houses as i wanted to and i got a nice fat check after closing...only thing is they are not going to do your homework so if you're a first time buyer or not familiar with the area you are looking at buying in, take ur time!

Beware of the large sites, Redfin often posts their own agents to send you too and they work in team and you have to work with Multiple agents, Zillow will send you to some agent paying for "leads", neither of these will necessarily get you the best or most experienced agents.

It's a good idea to use a reliable and trusted broker who knows the general area where you want to move. In addition, the broker should have a duty to you, which means that he will look out for your best interests, like not representing the seller of a home you like and want to buy.

Redfin is a complete joke when selling a million plus home.
