I know, but it is the most liberal coastal area in San Diego (hence better air quality) and the school district is very highly rated. We'll see how it all works out. It is between Encinitas and Aptos right now. But we LOVE the warmer weather and schools are one of our top priorities so that is why we are leaning toward Encinitas.

I think that is the County Statistic and not the City Stat.
