Post Schools in Stanton

Our short-sale is not done yet (we start in August last year and I don't know when and if we will finish ). My son starts in September kindergarten, so I need to enroll him where we live right now, but I don't know which school we depend on.
Is somebody who can help me with a link, please?

Thank you,

I'd suggest one of two things:

Transfer into Cypress Elementary District(best option imho) or if Garden Grove Unified(which Stanton falls under) has open enrollment/allows intradistrict transfer, send him to a school in western Garden Grove(west of Knott and north of the 22/south of Katella, you should see them grouped on the map EscapeCalifornia posted).

A third option would be to transfer into Los Alamitos Unified, but that's a little further than west Garden Grove or Cypress.

Look at the attendance boundary maps. Apparently Stanton is divided up between 3 school districts.

Garden Grove Unified serves all of Stanton south of Katella Blvd. Check the attendance boundary maps and see if your house is in this district here: Garden Grove Unified School District

Savana Elementary District serves the small area of Stanton to the northwest of the Beach/Katella intersection. Here are the attendance boundary maps: Savanna School District

Magnolia Elementary School District serves the area of Stanton just northeast of the Beach/Katella intersection. See their attendance map here: http://www.msd.k12.ca.us/msd_boundaries.pdf

Check these three maps and see which one your house is in and your assigned school. If you want to transfer out, you need to contact your school district and ask about their transfer rules.
