which foreclose website is the best and most honest?
Searching for foreclusures is alot of work.
I am trying to navigate around the 50 or so webpages offering help with foreclosures like realtytrack.com, foreclosure.com etc etc
Have you tried any and have you had success? Which onces are recommendable and good for foreclosures in OC.?
thank you in advance

What about redfin? I like it because it provides tons of other information (maps, birds eye view, street view, taxes, sales history, school information, HOA information) all on one page. Plus you can export to excel.
Try Trulia and Zillow too.

I agree with Charles. Redfin is what we use. It's nice to be able to see what's around a particular house your interested in.

thank you both very much
I kind of thought about a foreclosure website and not a realestate website, but the links you provided are helping me alot, thank you very much for helping out about this.! I will browse around and check the sites out.

www.foreclosure50.com is totally free with no catch
One thing I'd like to add before you actually buy a repo. Don't get so excited with the price that you overlook the true cost when you take repairs and carrying cost into consideration.

Wouldn't it be a good idea for the OP to consult a real estate attorney about this? I'm sure such a lawyer could give them all the ins and outs on foreclosures.

I'd say "we are not so rich to buy cheap houses"

I can't vouch whether this is the most honest site since I haven't purchase any property through the information it provides, but I like the layout in the (foreclosure) searches and the maps and details for the whole country:
HotPads - Map Search for Real Estate, Apartments & Houses for Rent, Foreclosures and Homes for Sale
