I am interested in relocating from Westchester NY with my 13 teen and 10 year old son. I am a teacher and looking for a great community with great ammenities also activities for growing sons. and entertainment for myself.

There is no way these places are affordable after the 1st month. You probably more than make up for the cost in months 2 and beyond.
