The 10 rated school Tustin Memorial Academy is only 1.0 mile away. Commute to Commerce is roughly
30.9 mi – about 36 mins (up to 1 hour 10 mins in traffic).

One question. How did you get those rentals from First Team Real Estate? It only shows me option for Buying Homes on their main page.

New2Cali - First Team has a lot of great leases.
Choose the "Show only leases" button. It's on the same row as the "Search" tab but on the left side. You still need to choose "buying a home" to get to there. You'll see it on this screen: Buying a Home - First Team Real Estate Company
