Default Moving to Fullerton, CA

Hi guys. I am planning to move to Fullerton from UK. I am a little nerveous about the move as I heard the cost of living in OC is very steep. Do you think I can live an average living with 90K salary per year.

Thanks

Which part of the UK? I spent a year in Bradford, England and found areas of the UK to be quite pricey as well. Obviously there are a lot of factors involved in determining cost of living... i.e. are you asking if 90K will support you (no dependents), renting, with or without a roommate? Orange County is definitely expensive, but I've managed on half that salary and less for the past 8 years - not always easy, but doable. I think you'd be alright.

Fullerton (while not one of OC's beach communities) still has a lot going for it and I've always thought it was a town that's retained some individual character. I had family that lived there for 20+ years. Good luck in your move should you decide to go through with it
