Laguna Niguel is beautiful - nice for kids. Mission Viejo is next door - equally as nice...Dana Point, Laguna Hills and some parts of San Clemente are lovely. You will love these areas....expensive but worth it - lived there and would move back tomorrow if I could afford it...good luck...do a search for penny saver (if they still have it) - a great little book we loved....homes etc- everything little thing....

Every library system I've used (and I have six different library cards) has a system to request an item online and have it sent to your local branch. There is also Inter Library Loan (ILL) to request items from other library systems.

How much does the home cost or rent for? If buying, what is your down payment?
