Default Seminary Located In Southern CA 1969

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could help me find the name of a Seminary in California from 1969. I am trying to pinpoint it to around Anaheim and Garden Grove. I am trying to find someone but I don't have much information. All I know is that they were in a seminary in 1969.
This may all sound strange, but my birth father is the person I am searching for and this was the only information that was given on him to me.
If I get the names of the Seminary, then I can possibly put the pieces of the puzzel together.

Thank you

Thank you Charles.

I'm going to make some phone calls, however I noticed that some of these schools weren't around in 1969. Hopefully with making some calls, someone will recall the names if they still exist from 1969.
The map makes it easier to see the area I am looking for, I appreciate you doing that for me.

St. Michael's (http://www.stmichaelsabbey.com/) was definitely there in 1969.

Talbot Seminary in La Mirada would probably have been the largest seminary in the area in 1969.

I checked the map for both places, they seem a good driving distance from where my birthmom may have lived. But then again, if there weren't many in 1969, then it is possible. I will look into the two places that were suggested.

Thank you!!!!!

If you are fairly sure about Anaheim then you might try the Anaheim Public Library Heritage Center... or Heritage Room, or Local History Room... whatever they call it these days. Among other things, they have old phone books. They might be able to check the 1969 business directory for seminaries. Anaheim and Garden Grove both have very active historical societies, so there should be some resources readily available.
