laguna beach street dwellers: Does any one remember catwoman? (shop, Polish)

I remember in the late 80s there was a female the people called The Catlady.
She was older, would wear a one peice black leotard and painted her face and exposed skin with black shoepolish. Sometimes she pushed around a shopping cart and if i remember correctly was usually spotted around PCH and diamond street. She was a shocking yet very elusive character. I am curious does anyone else remember her?
