Default Fullerton College..renting Apartment

Looking to attend Fullerton in the fall...coming down from MN. Any advice on where to find a good/reasonably priced apartment for one...safe area..etc...close to campus?...Also is there another airport other than LAX to fly in and out.
Thanks for your help

Affordable is a relative term. There are apartments across the street from Cal State Fullerton (which is a little bit away from FJC), but you might be paying upwards of $1200 (in a best case scenario) to $1500 a month in rent. Get a roomate and seek a two bedroom if that is too rich for you. Parking near FJC I remember as being a pain in the butt. Is it still that way?

If you look by fullerton college they have many apartment complexes. There are some specifically for students. If you can afford stay close to the downtown area it is a more lively scene.

ONT - Ontario Airport
SNA - Santa Ana, John Wayne Airport
LGB - Long Beach Municipal

Good luck on the search. Not sure what the costs are now for rentals. I grew up in Fullerton. It is a fun place to live.
