Short term rentals in newport beach/irvine
Hello Everyone,
I am moving to newport beach from new jersey for a summer internship. Please help me with the following few questions:
1. I need a 3 month rental but most places I have contacted offer 6 month lease.
2. I don't drive, so I am going to be heavily dependent on public transportation. I will be working in the fashion island area so I heard there are couple of buses that go there. How is the bus service?

Bus service all of the county is very slow because they stop every 10 feet to let people on and off. You might be better off on a bicycle.

summer housing
My daughter is also going to CA for June 15-Sept 15 for an internship. She also cannot find temp housing, where did you end up finding housing?

Have you checked with the Rental Living office in Irvine, they usually have corporate suites that come fully furnished for short term rentals. |
