How firm are they on what your bank account has in it
I read they want you to show 1200 income a month

I have seen low income qualifying homes up and down from Long Beach to southern HB and I have been looking only a couple of months. There is a website. I know Seal Beach isn't but some of them looked pretty nice so long as you don't mind families. I always like mixed age neighborhoods myself.
