Lease or Rent a Home in Cannon Beach
I'm looking to rent or lease a home in the Cannon Beach area for 9 month to a year or so.
Am looking for something on the ocean.
Doesn't have to be furnished as we have our own.
Anyone have information or a contact?
Thanks

Andy,Hi, this is my first posting on City-Data & my first time checking this site out! I hope your note is a good sign! I know you,re offering to let-out your house to our fellow reader; but alas, just in case they don,t show interest or write back I'd be really interested in hopefully being your tenant! We,ve been over in that area probably 5 times in the last 2 1/2 months desperately searching for a nice place to call home! My better half was informed by his Dr. that moving close to the ocean would greatly improve his breathing, lungs and over-all health., which is great with us as we've been wanting to live over that way for quite some time now. Please respond with the words I've been anxiously waiting to hear!, (read, now)! We're so tired of this heat. Hope to hear from you; and thanks for any consideration. Sincerely,LindaLynn

AndySterns.."Topher" here too..would love some pics and such of the home and interior/exterior views. also what the out the door cost of living would be per month as well as the asking sale price. I realize that I am not in the front of this cyber line, but would appreciate anything you can post. Also realize that there are lots of properties out there in addition to yours but was looking to get away from the limited and often misleading" bait and switch".. lots of property listed "just sold while you inquired, etc.."but I have others that may interest you" ..."You know the drill". Thanks from someone who will be there in october of 2007.

cannon beach house
Hi Andy, we're looking at houses in that area, too, and would appreciate a reply and info: price, terms, etc. My grandpa and dad built a small house on Maher in the fifties. It's still there. Now it's surrounded by big houses and no longer looks out at the ocean. Such is progress.
Thanks.
