Hi! how is the real estate market in Grants Pass? My husband is a realtor and I was wondering if this area is a good place for work.

The market has slowed, is predicted to start picking up next year.

We have lots of realtors, but as you know quantity, is not all quality, and there are plenty of well off and well provided for agents.
