Exclamation Sherwood

I am thinking of relocating to the Sherwood area. Could you please advise what the area around SW Lincoln and SW Willamette is like. Thanks.

Good.

Go to Google Earth and enter Sherwood, Oregon, Lincoln.

Zoom in slightly, then enter Willamette after Sherwood, Oregon.

It will slightly shift, but you can see the lots are good size, as well as the houses and yards, with quite a few trees.

The location has great access. 5 minutes from Tualatin, and you can cross Hy. 99 and take Roy Rodgers road and get into Beaverton in about 7 minutes, or use the same road and Scholls Fy. and get to Hillsboro in 20 minutes using River Road (a great shortcut to the Oregon coast behind the suburbs)

Thanks for pointing out the neighborhood. Once we sell, I think I might consider that one myself because access to everything is awesome, and I can get to the coast.

Sherwood, Hillsboro, Tigard or Beaverton - those are my choices.

Sherwood was our 2nd choice when we decided to purchase a new house in Hillsboro. The tipping point for us was better transportation access (including light rail), and finding a perfect lot (for us). But Sherwood is great too. I guess they just made one of those top 100 cities lists in Money Magazine.

I live in Sherwood That area is an older part of town. Lincoln is a steep hill that goes from near downtown up to near Snyder Park. The area of Lincoln/Willamette has older homes, some are kept up, but not many, IMO.

If you let me know what you are looking for, I can help steer you to the right part of town for your needs.
