I need your help Please share photo's of Oregon with me
Hi Everyone,
I am new to the City-Data Forum so, please be patient with me if I make mistakes.
I have a question to ask of all of you. Let me tell you a short story about my self and at the end I will ask you all the question thank you for being patient.
I was born in Baker, Oregon and raised in the areas of Hereford, Unity, Vale, Juntura, Drewsey and Ontario I also have family in Grants Pass, Oregon. But, Vale was my home town.
My family moved from Oregon to the collage town of Pullman, Washington. My dad and I worked at the WSU University. After a while my family moved to the small town of Albion which is just about 5-10 miles from Pullman.
While living there my family had a house fire we saved allot but, we did lose some and one thing was photos. It was shortly after that, that we found out that my dad had lung cancer. His wish was to move back to Vale and live till he died so, we packed up every thing we had and move home. But, during the drive back to Vale my dad encountered a bad thunder storm and the tarp that was covering the trailer that he was towing got ripped off. So, allot of our boxes got soaking wet and some of those boxes had pictures in them.
My mom and I took care of my dad at our home in Vale, Oregon till his death. We had Christmas day with him and my mom's birthday is the day after Christmas the 26Th and dad died the 27Th of December we buried him on new years eve December 31st.
So, after all that my mom wanted to see her family which she had not seen for 40 years because, they lived back east in Kentucky. So, we came back to visit them I had never met them in my life and at that time I was 36 yrs. old. Mom wanted to move back to Louisville, Kentucky after the visit to be with her family again so, here we are. Shortly after moving here there was a small tornado that came through and damaged our home so, we lost more of our pictures.
My question to all of you is, is there any one willing to share their pictures of Oregon with me? I would like to replace the photos that we lost. I would like to copy these pictures of Oregon for my mom and I personal viewing only! I do not wish to sell them and if you share them with me I WILL NOT CLAIM THEM AS PHOTOS THAT I TOOK! I am not that kind of person. I only claim a photo as mine if I took the picture.
So, if any one decides to share with me it will be greatly appreciated. It doesn't matter where you live in Oregon I had photos from all over the state. I love scenery and animal photos. I've lived in Oregon, Washington, Nevada and I've been all over Idaho now I live in Kentucky and I must say that I am home sick and I do miss my home in Oregon.
Post photos or email me.
Thank you all for listening to me and for sharing your photos if you decide to do so.
Good bye for now.

Hi SunspotsAZ,
Thank you for asking what I'm looking for. I like every type of nature and scenery be it coastal, mountains, lakes, waterfalls, meadows, deserts, citys, farmland, tropical, and I love all types of animals to but, I do lean a little towards horses. As for beauty shots I try to find beauty in all photos. Our world is a beautiful place. I just happen to think that Oregon is a great little corner of it. I had a wide variety of photos of Oregon, Washinton state, Idaho and Utah that we lost. When you loose so much any thing would be apperciated really any thing I'm not picky.
Thank you for your reply.
