Question Where is a good area to live in Roseburg?

Im moving to Roseburg and have read alot of things about it but I don't know where the best area is! I have kids that are going in to 2nd & 4th so I need a good school also.
can you help me out?

The Hucrest area in NW Roseburg is probably your best bet. The Cloverdale neighborhood in NE Roseburg is a little older and funkier (read: lower prices) without being crime-ridden.

All the elementary and middle schools are pretty comparable, and there is only one high school.
