Smile safe place to sleep overnight in trailer

My family and I are going to be heading thru Oregon on our way to Wa. with a moving truck and our truck/trailer. Does anyone know any safe places to stop overnight near to interstate 5 for a few hours of shut eye? I would appreciate any info you can spare.....

You can park overnight in any Wal-Mart parking lot. You can also look at tourist maps for campgrounds not too far from I-5.

I-5 in Oregon is 309 miles long. Do you have any idea what part of the state you would be stopping in? There's a really neat little private campground on the South Umpqua around exit 110 or 112. It's about 1/4 mile from the freeway exit, just far enough that the river is louder than the freeway. You can feed ducks on the river.

If you want to be industrial, you can get a shower, do some laundry and sleep for a while at any large truck stop. Truck stops also have wireless computer networks for checking your email.

The Cow Creek band of the Umpqua tribe has extensive RV parking at the Seven Feathers Casino at Canyonville.
