I've heard on the weather reports that Cave Junction has some of the hottest days in the summer. www.kobi5.com I haven't hung out in those areas during bad weather. Sometimes along hwy 199 there is a rockslide during winter. Crews clear it up pretty quickly.

During good weather i've done quite a bit of fishin' at Lake Selmac (Selma) C&R (release) trophy bass.

Close to Grants Pass, off 199, along the Applegate River, many folks like to live here.

East medford, specifically roxyanne, i don't know how much you make, so if you can afford it i would go live on roxyeanne. no fog more sun and more snow during the winter. Thats where i lived for 5 years. now i live on the outskirts of medford near pheonix.
