Wondered if the OP might also be looking at Gleneden Beach... as it is between the Lincolns. Hmmm...
I checked
Reviews of Hotels, Flights and Vacation Rentals - TripAdvisor and Lincoln Beach isn't even mentioned. I think they do have a rental house or two, but not much going on. The calendar looked booked at least a few days each month for the next month or two.
Good that there is a grocery store.

Does anyone have any info on Yachats as far as popularity with tourists? We are also looking to possibly buy a motel or something on the Oregon coast and am curious about this town. Thanks!
