Thanks, Larry. Not sure why I wrote Bandon, but we'll probably be staying in Coos Bay.

Perhaps, check out the "Mill Casino", my friend.
Oregon Casinos | Coos Bay Hotel | The Mill Casino, Hotel and Rv Park There is an RV Park.

Have an Awesome Adventure.

Some folks catch & release some good sized lunker bass at Ten Mile Lakes.

Drive Safely...

Hey, Hawk. How are you?
Maybe we will check out the casino. I bet we could park overnite there.
I also want to go to Shore Acres and check out the gardens. Never been there! I think Coos Bay will be the last stop of our 2 1/2 week outing. This will be our first real trip in our travel trailer. We took it out over Christmas when we went to see relatives, but that was mostly to see if everything worked. LOL

I agree. But I have taken my 36 footer with full size crew cab longbox, across from bandon to Coquille, twice. It is just another curvy road, and log trucks should not be an issue unless you are on a logging road.

There is an excellent RV park at the Casino, and the RV Parking lot is Free for overnight guests. The RV Park is reasonable priced if you need hookups.

Actually, hook-ups are nice. We'll check it out. We'll mostly be staying in regular campgrounds as opposed to RV Parks. But, it might be nice for one nite if we plan to be at the casino, anyway. I wonder what their "dog policy" is.

They're dog friendly, in the RV park. As long as it's on a short leash or in the RV. But there isn't a lot of area for walks or potty there.

There aren't really a lot of Campgrounds in that part of Oregon BTW (compared to North Oregon Coast.) Most of them are directly on the Ocean and privately owned RV parks. Locals tend to have a spot off an old logging road that they like to go to.

Get a reservation or be disapointed. Also there is a riverside RV Park a little ways from the county line on 42.

@ Steve. Do you think I'll need a reservation before Memorial Day? It's a little difficult to determine the exact day we'll get there.
