Kat Smith is on a distinguished road
Smile Corvallis neighborhood-Ridgewood/ Oak Creek area

We use to live in Corvallis (Witham Hill neighborhood). Now living in Newport, OR.

My family will probably move back to Corvallis and I wanted input on the neighborhoods out off of Oak Creek Drive. I guess this is also called the Ridgewood area? It is located West (and kind of north) of Corvallis.

Anyway--I do not want (nor can afford) a million dollar home. We are looking somewhere around the 300-450,000 range.

Anyone live out there?

Any thoughts on it? How is the drive to schools, grocery, etc.?
Anyone bike, walk, bus it?

Do you know your neighbors or is it very isolated?

FYI- We want a bit of country, but I do not want to live my life in the car.

I know I need to get over to the valley and check it out for myself, I just have not had a chance lately...Thanks!
