Yes. I have land I could sell. What size lot are you looking for? What kind of improvements do you require, or are you willing to make the improvements yourself (road & lot grading, well, septic, solar - very good idea for this area)?
I have approximately 1 1/4 acre, a lot in Beatty, completely unimproved. It's in an area that was a development that never got off the ground. The lots are divided with named streets. The streets are still dirt roads. The terrain is rough with lots of small rocks & lots of tall trees & sage/scrub. The land I own may be a lot that would be suitable for a house built into the land (partially into a slope). There are creeks nearby but I'm unsure of how deep one must go to dig a well.
