I have lived in Klamath Falls for almost all of my life except for a stint in Reno. First I must tell you that Klamath Falls is absolutely nothing at all like Las Vegas. We don't get nearly as hot and we have long winters that are cold and when we get snow, which used to be common, well we get it.

Believe me when I tell you that it is the farmers who deserve the water, they have earned it and help to feed America, the One Nation thing....

Klamath doesn't have near the crime rate as Medford, nor do we have the shopping.

Our largest employers are the hospital, city and county school districts and Jeld-Wen, not Wal Mart and call centers ( that post almost made me laugh)!

Klamath County is primarily conservative and we are loyal.

Oh, and by the way, our hospital is rated number nine in the state, huh, imagine that...

When and if you come to the county that houses Crater Lake, be sure you know what you're really talking about before you post, that way your opinion is informed and correct.

Thank you for your response on Klamath Falls and Klamath County in general. I enjoy reading opinions on what people see of their own home area. Some people just like to bash places they live based on the small picture and not the grand perspective.
