I grew up in Ontario, Oregon. I went to Pioneer Elementary School, Ontario Jr. High, and Ontario Sr. High.
I graduated in 1991. I was just wondering if there are still friends and family of mine in the area. I periodically look up info on Ontario to try to keep up on the place I grew up. I was rather disappointed with the fact that Ontario Sr. High has gone down hill, I googled it and found out that, at one point, it was deemed an "unsafe" school. If anyone knows, how is the rest of Ontario? How is the Oregon Slope and Pioneer School? I've always wanted to raise my children in the same place that I grew up, but I'm thinking I was better off to raise them in Moscow, ID.

Ontario has six gangs. See them on page nine of this report: http://www.ontariooregon.org/uploads...l%20Report.pdf

The crime rate is high, three times that of Moscow, ID.

Unhappy Wow

I'm really surprised by this report. I remember that most of the crime happened across the train tracks, now it seems to have spread throughout the whole city. It seems everyone wants to see the inside of that prison. Thanks for replying.
