That's cool ! I think a lot of Oregon towns have stuff planned for the kids and others on halloween. I know there is here Halloween - updated events
Plus it doesn't even mention they are giving out candy to the kids at the mall. I'll just stay home tonight and give out candy to any stray trick or treaters.
