The question was about mudslides if you remember?
The part that we're talking about is relatively flat, by that area's standards.
Not the type of terrain where you really have to worry about mudslides.

I definately did not say that "most of Sandy" is flat.
Quit putting words in my mouth and using the ones I wrote out of context.

In case you are confusing me with someone else, this is what I wrote:
(and the single, one and only thing that I ever mentioned about flat)

It's kind of flat through there, where would it slide from?

"kind of flat through there, where would it slide from?" vs "Most of Sandy is flat" OMG, WTH?
Not sure of the difference. Semantics!

Well it isn't semantics. It's something else entirely.

"Kind of flat through there" was referring to the specific area that was in question in the original post.

I have absolutely no idea where the words "Most of Sandy is flat" came from.
I didn't say anything like that at all.
In fact the only person to say that was you.

Semantics?
Maybe you should start working on reading comprehension in addition to vocabulary.

Looks like you are failing at both.

Moved to Sandy two years ago. Have yet to find that area that is "kind of flat through there". Mostly gentle rolling hills. Would recommend Sandy as a great place to live. Low crime, fresh air, close to outdoor activities, 10 minutes to Gresham, 15 minutes to Clackamas Town Center.

Thank you for waiting a little more than a couple of years to post that insightful response!

BTW, if you look at google maps in either the terrain or earth views, you can see what I meant about it being kind of flat in the areas around 362nd and Dubarko.
And by flat I mean relative to the surrounding areas. I don't mean miles of flat like Kansas.

But really, if that has been sticking in your craw for two years, I'll humbly and gently concede the argument.
