Advice as to what? How livable it is? Honestly people that I see really flocking in are affluent couples (28+ years old) with young kids from areas where it's more expensive. If you yourself are young then you'll probably appreciate the mt. biking and outdoor things more, but beware it's going to be a long time before you can afford buying a house.
