Some things could be considered either a pro or con depending on the person. There's plenty of rain there in Lincoln city. You are real close to the beach. There's a casino,and lots of tourists during summer. The last time I checked home prices were a bit higher than some of the inland cities. In general the coast has become more expensive.

You won't have a lot of extreme temperatures. It's all going to depend on what kind of place you want to live.
