Default How's the Job Market for Accountants in Newport/Lincoln City? Any Oregon Coast Moving Info Appreciated!

Hi There,

I'm looking to relocate from Las Vegas to the Oregon coast, preferably somewhere around or between Newport and Lincoln City. (Yep, I want a change.) My background is in accounting, and I have a degree in that field. Are there many opportunities for accountants in those cities?

Additionally, I need to find a place to rent for myself and my cats and dogs.

I appreciate all suggestions for finding a job and a place to live. I have looked at the Newport News Times and The News Guard, and I’ll be calling the employment agencies and realty agencies once they reopen from the holidays.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Default Accountant

Hi,

My accountant and I were just talking about that fact that the local accountants in Lincoln City & Newport are overbooked. Sounds like a good time for your relocation!

D.

Thanks, BeachFrontDianna, for taking the time to respond. Hopefully that means I'll find a great job when I get there. The central coast is such a beautiful place. (Wonder how many times that's been said on this site?)
