Cool Hunting Laws in Oregon

Can someone tell me about the hunting laws in Oregon? I have heard that it's on a lottery draw. Is this on just certain animaks or all. Thanks

You can get a license and tags, for most animals without a draw. The draws are on specific zones, especially for Elk and mountain goats and sheep.
there must be a Dept. of ODFW (Oregon department of fish and wildlife) that has the skinny.
