Smile Seaside Beach

Hi,
Anyone know any good property managment companies that rent out nice beach houses in Seaside beach. We need something with about 3 bedrooms 2 baths that sleeps about 6. Dog friendly. Need high speed internet. Also want at least walkilng distance to the beach. We are planning to stay about 2 weeks. Don't want to stay in a dump. Don't want to pay over $2000 for the two weeks. It this a pipe dream or these houses exist.
Thanks

Does it absolutely have to be a house? You can save a lot of money and be just as comfortable renting a deluxe yurt. They have little kitchenettes and showers and bathrooms in them and everything. There are cabins as well. Just an idea. I haven't checked to see if they have any in Seaside, but we've stayed in the yurts in other beach locations and it was wonderful! Only $66/night, very clean, hot showers, right on the beach trails.

I think you can find that price range. I landscaped a house on 12th St. about 7 years ago, that was two stories, nicely decorated with multiple tvs and vcrs and 2 blocks from the beach. Seems they rented at $350 a day in peak season. But I don't remember their name. They had two or three houses and had a company manage it. Not sure if they had high-speed internet or not. One house was single level and half the size. Anyhow, the big one was big enough for 2 full families.

Here is the front of the living room area of the big one. They remodeled it with a full wall of windows. I remember an old surfboard they refinished and hung over the couch. We stayed there two days while renovating the outside landscape. It was a fun big room to use because we could see in several directions.

Just hang in there. Someone should give you lead, or you will find one.
