Getting ready to relocate to Bend and trying to find a house to rent for a year before we buy. Anyone know Bend enough to tell me what areas if any are not the best to rent in? How about a street around NW Sisemore? Good or bad area?

Hi, I live in Bend. Sisemore is near downtown, older area. Cute older homes if they have been remodeled. There is lots for rent all over Bend. Do you have kids? There is no "bad area" so to speak. It is nice to be near downtown to walk to the park and the river, coffee, restaurants...
