Anyone from Clatskanie, Oregon? (buy, preschools, pharmacy)

We are looking at a possible move to Clatskanie for a job at the new ethanol plant. Has anyone lived there lately? It looks like a great place! Are utilities expensive? Where do most people buy their groceries? There are a few preschools in the area.. which one is best? How are the schools in general? Thanks!

We've spotted a property in Claskanie that seems to meet our needs. I was raised in Crescent City CA so I know a bit about living in the 'wet zone'. I'm wondering just how wet it is in that Area? Checked out the current weather - love those temps!
