Looking for any info about Hillendale neighborhood in Oregon City? What is it like living near the Clackamas County Jail?

There are no homes near the Clackamas County Jail. It sits off the main roads surrounded by other large city service buildings. But Oregon City is small, made up of 3 parts, the Highlands, where the jail is, the mid-lands, the slums of the city, and the low-lands, which most homes are small because they're very, very old, many on the historic register.
