Wondering about the lake and the area. Does the water level fluctuate greatly throughout the year? Is that area warm in the summer time? Does the wind blow there? There is a lake front home for sale that hubby and I may be interested in. We have a couple of small sailboats (one-two person boats) so wondering if there is consistent wind in that area. It looks like it gets cold and snows in the winter, but am wondering if it also warms up in the summer (90's). Any info would be greatly appreciated!
