Bingo, it's fake news. There is no links to it. But right wing people love to get their panties in a bunch over nothing.

As for the map it was published as part of the United States Man and the Biosphere Program US Strategic Plan in the 1990s, and has been dead ever since. But that doesn't stop some people from continuing to beat a dead horse anyway.

What I find kind of sad is that this type of environmental plan based on having wildlife migration routes is completely dead today. What an outrageous concept, that wildlife should have equal rights to this planet and be able to migrate along routes that they have used for millions of years until the last one hundred years, when man decided to cut off those routes with out of control uninterrupted human development.

You think this is dead, guess again, this is far from being dead, ICLEI has introduced its Habitat III agenda in Quito in October of 2016, I suggest you read the agenda it proposes. Do you know who ICLEI is? If not, I suggest you educate yourself on their goals. ICLEI is a sub group organization of the IPCC (UN bases), while it sounds warm and fuzzy on the surface it has far more reaching consequences that will impact every aspect of your life, from how much energy you use as a household to how large your home will be.

There are a few coastal redwoods in Oregon near the California border around Brookings, but most of them are in California.
