You and your family should visit eugene . no traffic gridlock . no hours of just sitting on the expressway, for all those reasons that surface in some other parts of the country . yes, more rain than phoenix . this pass summer was like rain free . and there hasn`t been anything to brag about in rain drops since fall began . crime, some little petty things in certain part of the city, but even that could be reduced, if landlords were incline to implement certain methods of keeping the dumpter divers off their properties . excellent city for raising and educating the two children you and the husband . we, do have some snow in the valley, from time to time. i moved here from miami, florida, almost three years ago, to escape a similar faith as the one you now have in phoenix . still learning how to drive on the snow. did manage very well last december, and that was coming out of the mountains in a very heavy snow storm. so, it can be learned. drive slow, ample cushion of space between your car and the vehicle in front of you . salem, portland, both seem very lovely cities,as well. i happen to like the entire state, small towns, are cute, quiant, but nice . employment picture for the moment, probably on the dim side,
that may depend on the fields of employment you and the husband are seeking. the rental issue, DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT, where your bedrooms are situated close to offstreet parking . a private, single family home would be better,if your budget allows .cost of living, there are wal-marts to help keep certain cost in relation to your phoenix pricing .
good luck to you and your loved ones. AND HAPPY HOUSING . Steer clear of the apartments, if at all possible. neighbors can be WHATEVER .
