Think Smells.....spring/summer smells good because of all the many many different blooms,or my personal fav. Standing in the middle of a strawberry field on a hot day...oh man, you cant bottle that! Fall smells good, the rain makes everything freshly washed, and winter smells good because we have all those awesome Christmas trees!

Theres several Oregon WebCams....google em, get some live action shots of this beautiful state. I keep the Coos Bay one up at all times just because i love it so....except this last week, we've had some beautiful weather and its made going to work awful difficult. Of course, the clouds rolled in today and it sounds like they might stick around for the weekend. sigh....bodes not so great for my sons soccer game tomorrow...
okay, Im off to bbq now.
Tiff

Just to clarify, Astoria and Oregon City don't claim to be the oldest cities West of the Mississippi. Astoria claims to be the oldest American settlement West of the Rockies and Oregon City claims to the the oldest incorporated American city West of the Rockies. I'm not sure if either claim is true, although they both seem plausible.

You can also go onto
pbase.com
or even MSN has a photography site, and do a search for Oregon pictures, or Portland, and it will come up with lots of examples.

Hope that helps!
