There aren't a lot of mobile home parks in Newport. Three come to mind. The first is about 1/4 mile north of the Wal Mart. It's nice, but well over priced. The next is about 1/2 mile north of the lighthouse (Heceta Head) and it's not really a "park", but over priced lots you buy. The third is at Lincoln Beach (north of Depoe Bay) and it's for the 55+ crowd.
One last thought on prices. It's possible they have come down as of late due to the current housing situation. I used to live in Newport and it's my #1 favorite place in Oregon. |
