I'd like to visit a hot spring in February and these three stand out to me:

Cougar, Deer Creek

Ideally would like something clean, quiet and affordable and luckily, that doesn't seem to be a problem. I would be coming from Portland and if possible, don't want the drive to be more than 2.5 hours. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I'd consider Brietenbush (?) I havent been there for 20 years. But is a private facility, clean, and no booze allowed.

Scratch Bagby off your list https://www.oregonlive.com/expo/life...hhouse-cl.html

As for Brietenbush? To me it has this weirdly cultish vibe. The hot springs seems to function as a money maker for the local new age commune that is there. People seem to either love it or hate it.
